Thank you for shopping at crateday.com.au. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We aim to process all orders on the business day following when the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery and let us know if you have a desired delivery date that we may be able to accommodate. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays do occasionally occur. Sometimes there may be delays due to extreme weather or Australia Post being slower than usual. Your package is usually sent within 24 hours of your order (other than weekends and public holidays), but once it is with the shipping agent it is beyond our control. You should receive a tracking number directly from the shipping agent which is the best way to keep track of where your parcel is at.

**Please Note WA is taking around 7 business days days for delivery at the moment, VIC 3-5 days SA 5-7 days

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Crate Day can be shipped to PO Boxes and Parcel lockers as we mainly use Australia Post for delivery. If we need to use a courier we will be unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers

 Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

GST

All products include GST unless otherwise stated.

Damages

Crateday.com.au is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We currently do not ship outside Australia
